1. All dog(s) must be in good health and up to date with all required vaccinations and treatments. Owners must provide proof of their dog’s current vaccinations or proof from a recent Titre Test that the dog has sufficient protection.

2. Owners must provide confirmation that their dog(s) has not shown any reactive behaviour towards any person or disclose the relevant reactive behaviour to Everything Dog.

3. Owners must disclose all relevant information to Everything Dog about their dog’s medical and behavioural history and inform Everything Dog of any changes to their health or behaviour.

4. Everything Dog does not take any responsibility for any injuries, illnesses or death resulting from your dog(s) attendance at the daycare facility.

5. If your dog(s) needs urgent medical care, Everything Dog will take your dog(s) to the nearest available veterinarian (at your sole cost) and contact the emergency contact given by you.

6. Owners are responsible for the full costs for damage to any property of Everything Dog caused by their dog(s).

7. Everything Dog uses a limited amount of food treats during the day to reward your dog(s) and/or to use during enrichment activities and you will inform Everything Dog of any relevant allergies.

8. Everything Dog may walk your dog(s) off premises if they are part of the Zoomers, Sniffers, Waggers or Boomers Care Group. Your dog(s) will be walked by trained staff and will only be walked in proximity of the Centre.

9. Everything Dog may take pictures and/or video footage of your dog(s) which can be used for marketing or internal educational purposes. Everything Dog is the owner of all images and video material. If you do not consent to pictures or videos then you must notify Everything Dog by email.

10. Everything Dog will act in the best interests of your dog(s) at all times and in the event of a natural disaster or fire, they will do what is needed to keep your dog(s) safe. This could include removal from the premises.

11. All services and/or products provided by Everything Dog must be paid at the latest on the day when due. In accordance with our Payment Policy on our website late payment fees could occur for overdue payments.

12. Owners indemnify Everything Dog, its directors, shareholders, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which your dog(s) may sustain, or which may be caused in any way by your dog(s).

13. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no shows, will be charged full fees. Cancellations after that time, if due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, will only be accepted at the discretion of the General Manager.

14. Everything Dog has the right to alter these Terms and Conditions and you agree to accept these alterations.

1. All competitions, promotions and giveaways (“Competitions”) are open to Customers of Everything Dog aged 18 and over excluding employees and their immediate family. Customers are those individuals with a profile in the Everything Dog Kennel Booker database. 2. To participate in a Competition entrants must fulfill the requirements detailed in the promotional material found in Everything Dog’s media channels on or before the specified closing date. 3. Entries must be submitted on the official entry form provided by Everything Dog. All personal information provided during submission must be accurate and complete, failure to do so may result in disqualification. 4. Everything Dog retain full copyright over all submitted material. 5. Entries will be judged by Everything Dog staff based on originality, creativity and adherence to the topic. The decision of the judges is final. Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date or on a date specified in the Competition media. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days Everything Dog reserve the right to select an alternative winner. 6. The winner will receive a prize as specified in the competition announcement. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods or services in kind. 7. By participating in the competition the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional materials as requested by Everything Dog. 8. Everything Dog reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond it’s control. 9. Everything Dog, it’s employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from participation in the competition or use of the prize. 10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 11. By entering a Competition administered by Everything Dog all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
