SHIPPING POLICY

We don’t want your pup to have to wait for their new food or equipment, so we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Where orders are received before 2pm we will aim to dispatch them on the same day, and we try our hardest to meet all delivery times. All orders will be processed Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Freight Costs – Frozen Food

  • Christchurch City orders    $5.00 per 5kg (NZD)
  • Wider Christchurch area orders    $7.50 per 5kg (NZD)
  • Rest of South Island orders    $10.0 per 5kg (NZD)

Shipping Exclusions

We don’t ship frozen food outside of the South Island of New Zealand.

All dry goods food and equipment will be shipped to all locations within New Zealand.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you (and your pooch!) to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:

Raw Dog Food

Due to Due to health and safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on raw dog food. Please double-check your order before confirming, and get in touch if you have any concerns—we’re here to help.

Dry Dog Dood and Non-Perishable Products

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return dry food or non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition. Just send us an email with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
